The purpose of this document is to present, in the clearest and most complete form, the rules of the contest organized on the Instagram social network of the company Arada Perfumes (hereinafter only "contest"). This regulation supplements the information about the rules of the contest ("contest information"), displayed by the organizer on the Instagram social network where the contest is organized (hereinafter only the "social network"). The contest organizer is: Arada Perfumes SRL, based in Milan, Corso Magenta, 56, Italy, 11879850961 (hereinafter only "organizer").
The contest will take place on the organizer's account on social networks and on the website, between 15.03.2023 at 00:00 and 15.04.2023 at 23:59 and in the territory specified in the information about the contest presented below
Only persons over 18 years of age and with a mailing address on the territory of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), United Kingdom and Switzerland can participate in the contest, fulfilling the other conditions specified below and on Instagram (hereinafter only "participant", "contest participant" or "competitor").
People who do not meet the conditions for participation in the contest or who act contrary to the rules of the contest will not be included in it.

* Pre-orders are valid for participation in the Contest only if they have been paid online (Payment with Card, Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay)
* Any registration in the Contest of people participating from fake accounts, of other people or belonging to companies/brands/organizations of any kind will be invalidated
*A user can add more comments, only if they are equivalent to the number of orders placed online on the aradaperfumes.eu website, between 15.03.2023 at 00:00 and 15.04.2023 at 23:59
*Orders are not cumulative, the value of a single invoice must be at least 120 EURO (without shipping)
The prize consists of two Milan - Dubai plane tickets and 4 nights accommodation at the 5-star hotel in area The Palm-Dubai, in the best time of the year, between September 20, 2023 and October 10, 2023 (the precise date will be chosen with the winner)

Airports: Milano Malpensa Airport, Dubai International Airport
The plane tickets and the hotel reservation will be delivered to the winner online, by email, from the address office@aradaperfumes.eu
The winner will be chosen on 16.04.2023, through the online platform Instagram Comment Picker, being extracted from the list of comments from the post regarding the Instagram contest.
If the first person drawn does not meet all the conditions for participation in this regulation, then other draws will be made until the chosen person meets all the conditions for participation!
The winner has 5 working days to contact the organizer and provide all the necessary information to purchase the plane tickets and book the hotel room
By participating in this competition, the competitor takes note of the processing of personal data, provided for the purpose of running (that is, the administration, organization and evaluation) of this competition, the public announcement of the winner (especially on the websites and the network of instagram of the organizer) and contacting the winner, in the legitimate interest of the organizer for the successful running of the contest. The participant's contact details will be processed and, if necessary, additional data will be provided for the purpose of running the competition.
The Participant acknowledges that he provides his personal data voluntarily and that he has the right to access his personal data, correct it, block incorrect personal data and object to its processing. If there is any doubt about the organizer's compliance with the regulation, the participant can contact the person in charge of personal data protection at office@aradaperfumes.eu.

The organizer reserves the right to replace the declared prizes with prizes of the same type and corresponding value, as well as to change the terms of awarding the prizes, if, objectively, they cannot be won in accordance with these rules.
If the Promoter has a legitimate suspicion of fraudulent behavior on the part of the winner or the person who helped the winner to win the prize, then the prize will not be awarded. Withdrawing from the sales contract after winning the competition is considered fraudulent behavior.
By participating in the competition, the competitor expresses his agreement regarding the rules and conditions of the competition.
The organizer reserves the right to decide definitively, in all matters related to this contest, including the cancellation of the contest or the modification of its rules at any time. Contest rules can be accessed by contestants on the organizer's website and in the contest information on Instagram.
The contest organizer reserves the right to exclude, without justification, any contestant who shows signs of unfair or fraudulent behavior. The organizer can exclude from the contest competitors who do not meet the requirements, according to the regulations.
Unawarded prizes are assigned to the organizer, without compensation.
