Welcome to our Club l'Arte del Profumo by Arada Perfumes. This regulation explains how the program works, what benefits you can gain, and what expectations we have from its members.
For each order placed with a customer account, you will have a history. Once your accumulated orders within a calendar year exceed the first minimum threshold, you will automatically qualify for the Club l'Arte del Profumo. From your customer account, you can check the value of your placed orders at any time, and you will know the amount you still need to qualify.
Loyalty points can be converted into vouchers that you can use for future purchases on our website. 100 points are equivalent to 5 euro. To redeem your points, access your account page and follow the instructions to convert the points into a voucher. Vouchers can be applied during the checkout process. Points have no cash value and can be used exclusively for our benefits.
Member discounts can be combined with other exclusive promotions received via email in promotional campaigns.
Member Club l'Arte del Profumo are valid throughout the current year AND the next calendaristic year. They expire at the end of the year (For example, the points accumulated in the year 2023 will expire on January 1, 2025) and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
Terms and Conditions for Joining the Club L’Arte del Profumo
You must have a 'Buyer Account' (if you have previously placed orders as a guest, you can contact us to change it to a registered account to benefit from your purchase history) and have placed a minimum order of products for each membership level.
In addition to the points-based discounts, our program features three membership levels, each with specific annual purchase requirements:
Black Oud Level: To achieve the Black Oud level, you must make purchases totaling at least 400 euro during a calendar year
Silver Musk Level: To achieve the Silver Musk level, you must make purchases totaling at least 750 euro during a calendar year.
Gold Amber Level: To achieve Gold membership status, you must make purchases totaling at least 1000 euro during a calendar year
Our elite members will enjoy exceptional selections of perfumes. These will be carefully curated, taking into account your order history and individual preferences. Our products will be available exclusively within our club, not for public sale, and accessible only to our loyal members.
This means you will have the unique opportunity to purchase products that will not be available to other customers outside our exclusive club.
Every 6 weeks, we will host a special campaign exclusively dedicated to members of our community. During these campaigns, we will offer you suggestions for new fragrances and exclusive discounts available only to our members.
Club members will be among the first to receive exclusive samples of fragrances that are set to be launched, and their feedback is highly valuable to us.
Member feedback is a crucial source of inspiration for us and will have a significant impact on our future selections and launches. Please share your thoughts and suggestions with us to help us create the perfect olfactory universe.
In addition to the exclusive benefits mentioned above, our elite members will also be rewarded with differentiated promotions based on their membership level:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Club l'Arte del Profumo Program or its regulations without prior notice.
