Regulation for the Loyalty Points Program

Welcome to our Loyalty Points Program by Arada Perfumes. This regulation explains how the program works, what benefits you can gain, and what expectations we have from its members.

​​I. Earning Loyalty Points


For every completed order on our website, you will receive loyalty points. Points are awarded after your order has been delivered and finalized. The number of points earned is based on the total purchase value, with 100 points awarded for every 100 euro spent (paid value for products).

II. Using Loyalty Points


Loyalty points can be converted into vouchers that you can use for future purchases on our website. 100 points are equivalent to 5 euro. To redeem your points, access your account page and follow the instructions to convert the points into a voucher. Vouchers can be applied during the checkout process. Points have no cash value and can be used exclusively for our benefits.

Loyalty points can be combined with other exclusive promotions received via email in promotional campaigns.

III. Loyalty Points Validity Period


Loyalty Points are valid throughout a calendar year. They expire at the end of the year (For example, the points accumulated in the year 2023 will expire on January 1, 2024) and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

IV. Program Changes


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program or its regulations without prior notice.
